<title>Tricycle</title>
<link>http://dspace.ediindia.ac.in:8181/xmlui//handle/123456789/6344</link>
<description>Tricycle
The product hardly needs any introduction&#13;
as it is quite common amongst the children. It&#13;
is a major source of recreation for the children&#13;
especially in the urban areas.' The tricycle&#13;
has become much popular due to rising living&#13;
standard. With the increase in demand, a&#13;
number of units have come up for the manufacture&#13;
of this item. The demand is ever growing&#13;
due to increase in population. It has,&#13;
therefore, very good demand potential and it&#13;
can be easily taken up for manufacturing by&#13;
new coming up entrepreneurs. However. in&#13;
these days tricycles are made out o~· plastic&#13;
Injection moulding) also but this project profile&#13;
envisages the manufacturing of tricycles by steel&#13;
fabrication. (Reserved list item No. : 724).

<description>Steel Almirahs
The steel Almirahs find their prominence&#13;
each and every place i.e. Government/Private&#13;
office, shops, residential houses etc. Steel&#13;
Almirahs are used for safe storage of official,&#13;
personal documents, valuables and clothings&#13;
home.

<title>Stearing Wheels</title>
<link>http://dspace.ediindia.ac.in:8181/xmlui//handle/123456789/6342</link>
<description>Stearing Wheels
Steering wheels are used in automobiles like&#13;
cars, trucks, tractors etc. This is a very&#13;
important item of automobile fitted in the&#13;
assembly of steering column. The wheel is&#13;
madeup of alloy steel ring core of sizes from&#13;
6 mm to 10 mm with spokes welded on the ring&#13;
frame. The fabricated steering wheel ring is&#13;
subsequently covered with hard rubber by compression&#13;
moulding in hydraulic Press. After&#13;
painting and baking, the steering wheel is ready&#13;
for use. As there are different sizes of steering&#13;
wheels, different sizes of dies are used for the&#13;
manufacturing process. '

<title>Ring Compressor</title>
<link>http://dspace.ediindia.ac.in:8181/xmlui//handle/123456789/6341</link>
<description>Ring Compressor
Ring compressor is a garage tool used in the&#13;
fitting of rings on to the piston in the grooves&#13;
The lings are placed in the grooves on the&#13;
piston with the help of nose pliers etc. and then&#13;
the piston and rings are enclosed in the ring&#13;
compressor so as to make the correct positioning&#13;
of the ring. The rings are centred with the&#13;
help of a ratchet mechanism attached to the&#13;
ring compressor in order to have a uniform&#13;
calculated force. The tool has an automatic&#13;
friction brake and can be adjusted by turning&#13;
the two screws on either side of the ratchet&#13;
pawl. The tension can be increased and decreased&#13;
by turning the adjusting screws.
