<description>Start-up Culture and Skill Development Driving Force of the Jobless Economy to Lucrative New Enterprise Creation and Employment Generation in India
Acharya, Satya Ranjan; Dhochak, Monika; Jain, Ankita
Jobless growth is a major challenge around the world; hence Start-up culture is most feasible alternative&#13;
welcomed with open arms by the Indian Government with various sustenance schemes in last decade for&#13;
creating jobs for youth. For such broader global context this paper attempts to understand unemployment&#13;
issues in India and reviews different policies/schemes of skill development that enables the youth to adapt to&#13;
changing requirements and also offers new opportunities for the next generation. Current study also describes&#13;
major forces impacting shifts towards employment generation through globalization, domestic Indian&#13;
markets, and adaptation of exponential technologies like artificial intelligence, robotics, incubators and&#13;
Internet-of-Things (IoT) by Indian industries. In conclusion the study offers the causes and ways and means&#13;
to address the unemployment and underemployment issues.

<title>French Touch in the Development of Entrepreneurship Research: A Review of French Research in the Development of Entrepreneurship</title>

<description>French Touch in the Development of Entrepreneurship Research: A Review of French Research in the Development of Entrepreneurship
Istifanous, ADO
Even if it is not necessary to make a comparison between the Anglo-Saxon and Francophone works in&#13;
entrepreneurship, the fact remains that the latters have made and shown a considerable dynamism of scientific&#13;
productivity since soon three decades. According to Katz (2003), growth in entrepreneurship research has&#13;
reached the peak of its maturity in the United States and he hopes that this growth will continue outside the&#13;
United States. Indeed, this growth continues in France, where researchers show more and more craze to&#13;
conduct research in entrepreneurship. This craze can be verified through the number of theses defended which&#13;
grows from year to year but also by the productions and scientific events more and more numerous (Fayolle et&#13;
al., 2011). According to Bruyat (1993, p.3), research on business creation in France began to arouse interest&#13;
only at the end of the Thirty Glorious Years. That is why Paturel et al. (2001) and Saporta (2003) conclude&#13;
that the field of entrepreneurial research in France is relatively young. Indeed, studying entrepreneurship as&#13;
an academic field in Business, the French-speaking world in general, and France in particular have lagged&#13;
behind for a while. This delay is being caught up through serious research in French Universities with more&#13;
and more original methodology of research different from the Anglo-Saxons ones. The purpose of our&#13;
communication is to show the singularity of French research in entrepreneurship and how their growing&#13;
work is paving the way toward a “French School of Entrepreneurship”.

<title>Entrepreneurial Service-Orientated Dimensions: Impact on Promoting the Level of Employees' Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Case Study of Omid Entrepreneurship Fund in Iran, Tehran</title>

<description>Entrepreneurial Service-Orientated Dimensions: Impact on Promoting the Level of Employees' Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Case Study of Omid Entrepreneurship Fund in Iran, Tehran

As concept of service orientation (SO) aimed to provide the best service in competitive environment has&#13;
attained more attention among organizations, combination of SO with entrepreneurship can produce a jump&#13;
towards qualified service and gaining competitive advantage and employees’ positive feeling on their job&#13;
more. However, this combination has received limited research attention. Thus, this paper is to investigate&#13;
impact of three dimensions of SO combined with entrepreneurship namely servant entrepreneur leadership,&#13;
employee's entrepreneurial empowerment and customer focus on job satisfaction (JS) and organizational&#13;
citizenship behavior (OCB) in Tehran-Omid Entrepreneurship Fund. Data were collected through&#13;
questionnaires. By drawing on data through questionnaires from 120 managers and experts working there, it&#13;
is observed that unlike servant entrepreneur leadership, customer focus has no positive effect on JS and OCB.&#13;
Besides, employees' entrepreneurial empowerment has no impact on JS while it affects OCB. Finally the&#13;
impact of JS and OCB was confirmed.

<title>Are Dotcoms VUCA Ready with a Foresight?</title>
<link>http://dspace.ediindia.ac.in:8181/xmlui//handle/123456789/7885</link>
<description>Are Dotcoms VUCA Ready with a Foresight?
Chauhan1, Aseem; Joshi, Manoj; Kumar, Ashok; Abidi, Suhayl
Dotcom start-ups have braved their existence, maneuvering their existence, sailing through rough waters, in&#13;
the jargon of turbulence i.e. volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous termed as VUCA (Bennet &amp;&#13;
Lemoine, 2014; Abidi &amp; Joshi, 2015). They have been constantly challenged with ‘the innovators dilemma&#13;
(Christensen, 2000), attempting to create ‘the anticipatory organisation’ (Burrus, 2017), with ‘deep&#13;
simplicity’ (Gribbon, 2004) and a ‘20/20 foresight’ (Courtney, 2001). To supplement the theoretical basis, the&#13;
idea of ‘entrepreneur-manager’ (Chauhan et al., 2018) was also conceived. The purpose of this study, which&#13;
has been qualitatively administered with an exploratory research designed approach, is to discover the VUCA&#13;
challenges that the dotcom firms have undergone in the last one decade, keeping in mind the ontological and&#13;
epistemological perspectives. Secondly, it attempts to illustrate the anticipatory framework, and the&#13;
foresightedness necessitated for survival in chaos. A powerful, story-telling methodology has been adopted to&#13;
bring complex understanding of the subject to simplicity. To understand the phenomenology, authors&#13;
incorporated methodological pluralism, involving brainstorming, open dialogue and collaboration with likeminded&#13;
researchers. The discussions recommended to demonstrate the purpose with a case study. An&#13;
influential case selection technique was administered, where one case was selected that influenced the&#13;
identified findings among a set of similar cases (Seawright &amp; Gerring, 2008). Book My Show (BMS), as the&#13;
incumbent entrepreneurial firm, from the dotcom space was chosen for the study. This study reflects, that in&#13;
‘the age of turbulence’ (Keegan, 2008), dotcom-based start-ups (or entrepreneurial firms) must ‘think like a&#13;
futurist’ (Sommers, 2012; Hines &amp; Bishop, 2015), engaging ‘foresight and innovation’ (2013), while moving&#13;
swiftly acquiring a ‘strategic foresight’ (Lustig, 2017).
