<description>Theoretical Summarization of Entrepreneurship in MSMEs
Krishnaveni, Raparla Venkata; Modh, Satish; Pandey, Nisha
Literature review in respect to MSMEs is ample, but theory building with respect to&#13;
small and medium businesses is fragmented and requires exploration. This paper aims&#13;
to understand the contributions made by various scholars in the areas of theory&#13;
building for Entrepreneurship, Innovation, adoption of Technology and growth cycle in&#13;
developing countries for SMEs. In this paper, Literature review analysis has been done&#13;
using Qualitative Data Analysis Software (QDAS) -by NVivo 11 Plus software. QDAS&#13;
tools allow the researcher to explore large amounts of textual documents to see patterns&#13;
and relationships.

<title>The Resource Based View: Origin, Influences, and Advances</title>
<link>http://dspace.ediindia.ac.in:8181/xmlui//handle/123456789/12587</link>
<description>The Resource Based View: Origin, Influences, and Advances
Kalia, Adarsh
This paper traces the origins, influences, and advances of pertinent views, theories,&#13;
and concepts used in contemporary research in organizational economics, industrial&#13;
organization, and strategic management. A review RBV is imperative and timely for&#13;
three reasons. First, RBV is a unifying framework of three organizational theories,&#13;
namely, Organizational Economics (OE), Industrial Organization (IO) and Strategic&#13;
Management (SM). Therefore, a thorough understanding of RBV provides a sound&#13;
basis for conceptual development. Second, theoretical contribution is built on an&#13;
engaging conversation with the underlying narrative in previous research. On most&#13;
occasions, instead of new theory development from scratch, altering variables from&#13;
existing literature that significantly advances the theory is more feasible. A clear&#13;
understanding of the relevant differences and integration of theory(ies) is required to&#13;
avoid ad hoc disparate hypotheses. Third, the recent advancements confirming&#13;
RBV’s propositions have opened avenues for interdisciplinary research (e.g., RBV&#13;
and Managerial Discretion; RBV and capability life-cycle; RBV and Strategic&#13;
Human Resource Management and Systems; RBV and Temporal Effects).

<title>The Future of Influence: A Study on the Changing Work Culture Dynamics Referring Social Media Influencers</title>

<description>The Future of Influence: A Study on the Changing Work Culture Dynamics Referring Social Media Influencers
Tiwari, Richa; Srivastava, Anjali
Industry 4.0 has brought in many changes to the way organization, leadership&#13;
roles, and people used in work in the past. But with the changing times and&#13;
growing fondness towards digital platform has surely brought in the hype in the&#13;
entrepreneurial culture. This study aims at exploring the growing fondness of this&#13;
new normal culture of social media and its impact on changing the work culture&#13;
organization used to have with special mention to the Covid times. The researcher&#13;
aims to focus the study mainly on the growth of social platforms like YouTube,&#13;
Facebook, Instagram in developing nations like India. The study aims to bring in&#13;
measures to investigate how a medium to promote business became the sole&#13;
business and what new ways can be developed to increase participation of people&#13;
without this way as developing nations like India still lacks basic infrastructures in&#13;
the majority of places. The literature took a base from Hofstede’s cultural study&#13;
and authors tried to analyze the behavioral aspect of people in adapting the&#13;
changes with reference to current times. The study will be based on mixed-method&#13;
data collection and will have primary and secondary data and the author aims to&#13;
explore the prospects of entrepreneurship in these new normal digital influencing&#13;
platforms. The biggest strength in this regard is capital, manpower, and&#13;
infrastructure which happened to be pillars of the organization and ultimately the&#13;
economy. But now the question of the hour is: are we creating new horizons of&#13;
employment or are we heading to not end up the productive sustainability of people&#13;
by cutting the chain?

<title>Internal Entrepreneurship: Present and Future</title>
<link>http://dspace.ediindia.ac.in:8181/xmlui//handle/123456789/12585</link>
<description>Internal Entrepreneurship: Present and Future
Maitraya, Shuchi; Bharti, Pankaj
Since the introduction of internal entrepreneurship by Kyro in 1997, a few&#13;
authors have weakly patronized the concept. Literature of entrepreneurship&#13;
education has focused majorly on external entrepreneurship. This article&#13;
reviews literature on internal entrepreneurship in the context of&#13;
entrepreneurship education, which leads us to focus on the development of&#13;
entrepreneurial mindset and behavior by promoting internal entrepreneurship&#13;
in/ through schools.
