<title>The Entrepreneurial Pedagogical Practice Scale: Construction and Validation</title>
<link>http://dspace.ediindia.ac.in:8181/xmlui//handle/123456789/14481</link>
<description>The Entrepreneurial Pedagogical Practice Scale: Construction and Validation
Reena; Srivastava, Akanksha
The study's objective is to present the construction and establish the reliability and&#13;
validity of the Entrepreneurial Pedagogical Practices Scale (EPPS) for secondary&#13;
school teachers. The items were based on the Entrepreneurial Mindset Curriculum&#13;
(EMC) Framework 2020, published by the State Council of Educational Research &amp;&#13;
Training (SCERT) Institute, Delhi. The EMC framework recommended three&#13;
pedagogical practices a) Experiential, b) Inspirational, and c) Reflectional. The tool&#13;
initially has 110 items in two subscales: - Teachers’ understanding of curriculum &amp;&#13;
Pedagogical practices followed by teachers. The first subscale measured teachers’&#13;
understanding of the EMC curriculum whereas the second subscale was developed to&#13;
measure the frequency of pedagogical practices recommended in the EMC&#13;
framework. The second subscale is further divided into three domains: student&#13;
engagement and learning; classroom environment, and evaluation.

<title>Synaptic Franchise as an Entrepreneurship Tool: A Transformation for Franchise Success and the Future of Sustainable Franchising - A Perceptional Overview</title>

<description>Synaptic Franchise as an Entrepreneurship Tool: A Transformation for Franchise Success and the Future of Sustainable Franchising - A Perceptional Overview
N, Sudharsan; R, Shankar; Prabukarthi, A
This paper investigated the support services of Synaptic Franchise model from both&#13;
franchisor and franchisee perspectives. The study makes use of various statistical&#13;
techniques including t-tests and ANOVA and correlation and regression to uncover&#13;
performance dynamics affecting franchises and determine substantial satisfaction&#13;
differences between different support services. The performance and happiness levels&#13;
of franchisees heavily depend on operation coaching and financial advice as well as&#13;
sustainability practices. Finding from the study emphasize that franchisors must&#13;
customize their supportive offerings to franchisee requirements for both entities to&#13;
receive mutual value. By adopting this Synaptic Franchise Concept model&#13;
franchisors can include all their services under one umbrella to enhance the quality&#13;
performance of the franchise system. Both franchisors and franchisees will benefit&#13;
from adapting to changing customer tastes. The research originates foundations for&#13;
future academic explorations concerning franchise implementation success along&#13;
with demonstrating the importance of committed franchise support which leads to&#13;
profitable results.

<title>Serial Entrepreneurship Dynamics: Unveiling the Role of Setbacks, Emergent Learning, and their Influence on Firm Resilience</title>

<description>Serial Entrepreneurship Dynamics: Unveiling the Role of Setbacks, Emergent Learning, and their Influence on Firm Resilience
Pandey, Sukriti; Khetarpal, Ruchika; Acharya, Satya Ranjan
This study explores how setbacks and failures experienced by entrepreneurs&#13;
influence the resilience of their new ventures, emphasizing the power of learning and&#13;
adaptation. Grounded in experiential learning theory, it examines how setbacks&#13;
reshape entrepreneurs’ perspectives, providing valuable lessons that prepare them to&#13;
seize future opportunities. While setbacks may diminish risk-taking in some cases,&#13;
they often serve as a foundation for growth and revitalization, enabling&#13;
entrepreneurs to bounce back stronger. The research investigates four key&#13;
hypotheses, focusing on the relationships between entrepreneurial setbacks, emergent&#13;
learning, entrepreneurial alertness, and firm resilience. Data was collected from 244&#13;
serial entrepreneurs who had previously faced challenges like business closures,&#13;
mergers, or significant losses. Using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), the&#13;
study rigorously analysed the data to test its reliability and uncover meaningful&#13;
patterns. The findings demonstrate that setbacks have a significant and direct impact&#13;
on firm resilience, contributing positively to the development of entrepreneurial&#13;
alertness and emergent learning.

<title>Role of Entrepreneurship in Circular Economy: A Systematic Literature Review and Bibliometric Analysis</title>
<link>http://dspace.ediindia.ac.in:8181/xmlui//handle/123456789/14478</link>
<description>Role of Entrepreneurship in Circular Economy: A Systematic Literature Review and Bibliometric Analysis
Ranjan, Deepak
The circular economy (CE) has emerged as a viable alternative to the traditional&#13;
linear model with the aim of promoting sustainable development. Entrepreneurship&#13;
serves as a cornerstone for unlocking groundbreaking circular business&#13;
opportunities. Research on circular entrepreneurship is still in its early stages and&#13;
consequently displays a certain level of fragmentation. This study aims to elevate the&#13;
role of entrepreneurship in the discourse surrounding CE through a comprehensive&#13;
literature review. The present research utilized the “Preferred Reporting Items for&#13;
Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA)” framework to identify relevant&#13;
articles from the SCOPUS database. Furthermore, it conducts a “bibliometric&#13;
analysis and systematic literature review” to explore the intersection between the CE&#13;
and entrepreneurship research. Performance analysis reveals trends in academic&#13;
publications, leading journals, significant contributions, authors, and countries,&#13;
while science mapping combines co-words and thematic assessments. Similarly, cooccurrence&#13;
analysis produced various clusters that illustrated the links between CE&#13;
research and entrepreneurship, management, and innovation areas, along with key&#13;
insights obtained from co-authorship network analysis.
