<link>http://dspace.ediindia.ac.in:8181/xmlui//handle/123456789/6012</link>
<description>Study of Factors Influencing and Influenced by Entrepreneurial Intensity
Basu, Analjyoti; Bharti, Pankaj
Entrepreneurial Intensity (EI) measures the focus and commitment of entrepreneurs regarding their&#13;
entrepreneurial ventures (Liao, Murphy, &amp; Welsh, 2005). The literature surveys suggests that the study of EI&#13;
has taken four routes, i.e, original study of EI where EI is defined, EI’s influence on different factors, the&#13;
contribution of other factors to study of EI and finally boosted by definite factors impact of EI on other factors&#13;
in continuation. Further insight in the last three routes suggests that they have a further inclination towards&#13;
definite trend. Present paper studies and analyze the three routes of EI, their link with definite factors and&#13;
inclination towards definite trend. The study, further, on the basis of the study forms a lists of importance and&#13;
suggests the possible ways to use EI as a tool in business, political and social environment facing a&#13;
continuous change.

<title>Role of Youth in Revolutionising Entrepreneurship in the Tribal State of Mizoram</title>
<link>http://dspace.ediindia.ac.in:8181/xmlui//handle/123456789/6011</link>
<description>Role of Youth in Revolutionising Entrepreneurship in the Tribal State of Mizoram
Thakur, Shailaja S
Entrepreneurship, broadly defined, refers to the seeking, evaluation and exploitation of opportunities.&#13;
Entrepreneurs are fired by an inner desire to achieve a goal and are willing to experiment with messy methods&#13;
as well. Relegating entrepreneurship to the status of a mere factor of production takes away the creativity and&#13;
novelty of this entity. Though much has been written to categorise and define entrepreneurship, there are in&#13;
fact no hard and fast rules that the entrepreneurs should follow. We observe such creativity and hidden&#13;
rationalities in the functioning of young Mizo entrepreneurs in the north eastern state of Mizoram. During&#13;
my doctoral research and field survey that I conducted on Mizo entrepreneurs, I felt that there is a silent&#13;
youth revolution that is taking place there. Young Mizo boys and girls, most of them educated outside the&#13;
state are bringing back their knowledge to their home state and are beautifully blending these modern&#13;
practices in their traditional way of life and are coming up with more sustainable and successful business&#13;
models. My paper would highlight the novelty of these models and prove the point that entrepreneurship&#13;
development strategies and policies need to be contextual.

state. Due to less literacy ratio and inequalities with other races in same group, people belong to this race&#13;
haven’t groomed much compare to the others. Government has identified this problem and has designed few&#13;
schemes which are especially for the people who belong to “Padhar” race. In this paper, researcher has&#13;
identified few schemes of government which are dedicatedly for “Padhar” race and what changes these scheme&#13;
have brought to these people.
