Abstract:
Over two decades, Banerjee’s career has spanned leadership roles in technology,
financial management, and business transformation. In a remarkably short time, he
led large-scale digital transformations by advocating for innovation, overcoming
cultural challenges, and managing globally diverse teams—a journey that began with
his early experiences in taxation management. This case study discusses the defining
moments of his career and the leadership skills he gained through his experiences
across various industries.
