dc.description.abstract The Journal of Entrepreneurship (JoE) has published three special issues since 2022, each addressing a significant theme within the entrepreneurship domain. The earlier special issues explored ‘Entrepreneurship and the Craft of Teaching’, ‘Appropriate Technologies and Entrepreneurship for Global Sustainable Development’ and ‘Entrepreneurship and Society’. Each contributed meaningfully to contemporary discourse and enriched our understanding of entrepreneurial ecosystems. Continuing this endeavour, JoE now presents its fourth special issue, focused on Family Business—a subject that continues to gain scholarly prominence and practical relevance. It is therefore with great pleasure that I introduce this special issue on Family Business, a field that has matured into a distinct academic discipline and an important focus of research in recent decades. en_US
