Abstract:
The Start-up Village Entrepreneurship Programme (SVEP) aims to promote sustainable rural enterprises by strengthening the capacities of entrepreneurs and improving market linkages. In the current dynamic and competitive business environment, ensuring product-market fit has become critical for the success and sustainability of micro and small enterprises. Recognizing this need, the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), Ahmedabad organized a Specialized Training cum Workshop on Building Product Market Fit. The programme was conducted in two batches, enabling wider outreach and focused learning among SVEP entrepreneurs. The training aimed to equip participants with practical knowledge and tools to better understand market dynamics, improve product positioning, and enhance business competitiveness.
