Abstract:
Fire clay is the main body material for all
conventional ceramic items. e.g. Sanitary ware,
Firebricks, Insulators, Crockery, Wall & Floor tiles,
Sanitary pipes. Firebricks
are most common and
extensively used in all places of heat generation,
especially in boiler, furnaces, glass melting
furnaces, chimney linings, potterykilns,
and in blast
and reheating furnaces.
