Abstract:
The Citrus fruit processing in Gujarat is having more potential presently
than previous period, due to several new parameters affecting this
project. Though in Gujarat there is only one Citrus fruit being produced,
i.e.Kagazi Lime, in south, central and north Gujarat areas, but lot
quantity of Other citrus fruits are being brought from neighbouring
states like Maharashtra, Madhyapradesh and Rajasthan in Gujarat as
it has very good market in Gujarat.
