Abstract

Developing a strong human resource base is essential to building and furthering the growth of a knowledge driven industry such as pharmaceuticals. Further, in the absence of adequate industry specific educational infrastructure and research oriented workforce in the State, the Government of Gujarat is encouraging setting up of institutes and colleges which would offer a variety of courses in pharma and allied fields across the State.
