Abstract:
Even as the industry is witnessing a significant
shift in terms of regulatory scenario, some of
the key issues still remain unresolved. The
industry is largely uneducated about the
implications of the product patent regime
applicable from 1st January 2005. The
companies would require assistance for patent
litigation and other legal services so that they
will be able to focus on their mainstream
activity.
