Abstract:
The project aims at setting up a stateoftheart
manufacturing unit for extracting essential oils
from spices and oleoresins through steam
distilled or Super Critical Fluid (SCF) Extraction
method. The project would aim at maintaining
high standards of plant sanitation and
manpower hygiene as per US FDA Hazard
Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP)
standards, processing of the spice oil and
oleoresins and also marketing of the product.
