Abstract

I. Product & their uses The products hardly need any introduction as they are quite common amongst bicycle users. Hub cones are fitted on front and rear axles of bicycle hubs whereas pedal cones are fitted on R.H. Side & L.H. side of pedal axles. These cones act as bearings for smooth running of bicycle and pedals respectively. Reserved list S1. No. 697. n, M~ket Potential Both the cones are used as O.E. and as replacement. These cones need replacement after a year or two, as such these are in very good demand. There is good scope for marketing in the home as well as in the export market.
