Abstract:
Creativity leads to Innovation which may lead to creation of Business (Entrepreneurship) which needs
effective management skills to sustain. Technology always praise creativity, in fact, there’s a great deal of
evidence that suggests that technology enhances creativity. Creativity is innovative thinking and to apply the
creativity and develop something new and better is innovation. So, it can be said that creativity leads to
innovation. Moreover, innovation is introduced in form of product or service to the society by managing all
resources is the act of Entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is starting up of business with moderate risk and
the Entrepreneur is said to be the person who manage all four factors of production namely land, labor, capital
and enterprise. So, a person needs to be a good manager in order to be a successful entrepreneur so that he can
handle and manage his own innovation in a better way. In order to carry on the business and sustain it newer
and newer additions for betterment are required and so the creativity will come into picture again. So, it is
creativity can be considered as a continuous process connecting link between innovation, entrepreneurship
and management
