| dc.description.abstract | Polyetherimide (PEI) is widely used in aircraft interiors as this component achieves a typical weight saving of 40% over steel and 20% over aluminum. It is an ideal material to be used in aircraft interiors because of its excellent cleanability and chemical resistance properties.
