Abstract
Egg powder is a powdered form of egg. It can be used in noodles, cake, cookies and
other bakery products. The main advantages of egg powder are it can be stored at room
temperature, conveniently transported to remote places, increased shelf life and cheaper
transportation because of reduced weight.
