Abstract

I. Product and its uses Cooking ranges using liquefied Petroleum Gas as fuel have a very wide use. Usually the top of a cooking range consists of 4 burne~s individually controlled by Gas taps. A grill mounted below the top and an oven below the grill are used for making various preparations. A double wall construction with Glass Wool insulation is provided for insulating the oven from heat loss. Cooking ranges are used in houses, hotels, restaurants and other places for cooking foods and eatables. II. Market Potential With the availability of bottled liquefied petroleum gas in big cities for cooking purposes, more and more cooking ranges are being accepted for household use for better and quicker services. Though there are several manufacturers of this item, due to its ever increasing demand, the requirement of this item is still there in the market and this is likely to increase further.
