Abstract

The nations of the world have taking various measures so far to meet problems raised by the population explosion, with which annual increase in the output of foods has been unable to keep up. It is considered of imminent necessity to expand the output of agricultural products, especially food grains. But the "campaign for sufficient food" is still far from success.
