Abstract
A beam scale is a weighing equipment with
equal arms having three knife edges, three
bearings, indicator, (pointer) in the centre andpans
suspended from the knife edges. Beam
Scales proposed to be manufactured in the unit
are used to weigh grains, coffee, tea, cloth etc.
and are seen in any grocery shop.
