Abstract
Frymes is a brand name for rice wafer/savoury product produced by cooking rice
powder and is extruded through nozzle where dice is attached in the nozzle. Product produced
is cooled and is dried. The product is very much liked by Childrens. The product has
taken a good market in recent years and a number of varities are available.
