Abstract
In recent years, economists and policy makers in the developing countries are being faced by two major problems (i) The sluggish growth of industrial sector and (ii) The stunted economic progress. The most common solution to these problems is to encourage individual entrepreneurs to venture in to small industrial enterprises and or business.
